Product Availability
What good is a low price if the product is not in stock? We all know the frustration of being told to wait indefinitely for backordered products. At PulannaUSA.com, we try our very best to stock all of our listed products in our warehouse. This ensures that the product will be shipped promptly. In fact, over 90% of all orders are shipped within one business day. If an item is on back-order, an estimated delivery time will be given before the transaction is completed.

Terms and Conditions:
All products sold by PulannaUSA.com are new, first quality brand name merchandise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact PulannaUSA.com by e-mail sales@PulannaUSA.com for disposition.

Merchandise Returns:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Authorization Number for any product please e-mail sales@PulannaUSA.com. Shipping charges are not refundable. All items must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior. All items will be returned freight prepaid. A copy of the PulannaUSA.com invoice must be included with all returns for credit and will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in "new" condition. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice (less any restocking fee). If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, PulannaUSA.com will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of sale, whichever is lower. All items must be returned complete. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from amount credited. Items returned that missing accessories are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for credit.

All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you return your item for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
